Sewing for The 3-Day

It's been a while, I know.  I have been busy!  My aunt and I joined an awesome 3-Day team and are committed to walking 60 miles in 3 days and raising $2300 each to find a cure for breast cancer!  Check out my personal page at www.the3day.org/goto/whitneybryann

I'll be doing the usual emails to people I know requesting donations, but I also thought I'd put my sewing "talents" to good use and raise some money that way!  So far, this endeavor has gotten me $298, with another $65 - 110 in pending orders!!  Safe to say, this idea is a hit.  What have I been making?  So glad you asked!!

If you're interested in ordering any of these items, please comment on this post so we can be in touch!  Prices listed do not include shipping.  All items are made to order, I don't keep pre-made items on hand except for some coffee cozies.

My favorite - coffee cozies!  this is my first and biggest seller so far!  These can also be made to fit a can - see the Seahawks version!  $10 each

Next, this challenging project.  I made reusable paper towels!  One side is flannel, and the other is terry cloth.  These towels are extremely time consuming and expensive to make = not a great fundraiser.  However, if you're dying to have them, please contact me and we can work something out!

The newest project - tablet cases!!  These are cotton on the outside, fleece lined and have an elastic & button closure (the bottom photo is my personal case, and I didn't want a button on it). $25 each
